Breakfast & Brotherhood is a space created for Black men to come together in honesty and strength. Too often, the world tells men to keep their guard up and push through without showing what’s really going on. This group challenges that. Men gather to talk openly about life, mental health, family, and the pressures that weigh heavy.

It’s not therapy, but it is healing. Through conversation and connection, participants find room to reflect, support one another, and build trust that extends beyond the walls of the group. Breakfast & Brotherhood is about creating a community where vulnerability is respected, voices are heard, and growth is possible. It is a place to navigate challenges and celebrate wins.
