WHY THE ALLICE COLLECTIVE
Mental Health Isn’t Just What We Do. It’s Why We Exist.
Rooted in Experience. Guided by Expertise.
Clinically Led
Our executive director and board president are licensed clinical social workers and board-approved supervisors. Their extensive experience in clinical practice, community mental health, and professional supervision informs how we lead and develop our programs.
Culturally Grounded
Cultural understanding informs how we design programs, engage our communities, and deliver services. We recognize how lived experiences, structural racism, and transgenerational trauma can shape mental well-being, and we bring that awareness into our work with individuals, families, and communities.
Creative Wellness Is Part of Our Foundation
Creative arts and mindfulness are intentionally woven into our programming. Our founder's background in clinical social work and music performance, combined with her firsthand experience as a musician, informs how we incorporate creative expression to support mental and emotional well-being.
Your support helps us continue putting this experience and expertise to work in our community.
