Connection Starts Here
The ALLICE Collective offers community support groups and interactive mental wellness workshops that center the experiences of Black adults, youth, and families. Guided by mental health professionals, our gatherings provide space for honest conversations about relationships, identity, cultural expectations, and the realities of navigating life within our families, workplaces, and communities.

Community Support Groups
Breakfast & Brotherhood
A safe haven for Black men to discuss the pressures, responsibilities, and expectations they navigate as men, fathers, partners, and members of their communities. Conversations explore masculinity, vulnerability, mental health, communication patterns, and the complexities of personal and professional relationships.
Sisterhood Bonds & Boundaries
Providing space for Black women together to discuss relationships, communication, trust, accountability, and setting healthy boundaries. Conversations also address the expectations placed on women and how these influence their relationships and experiences in their personal, professional, and social lives.
The ALLICE Sessions
The ALLICE Sessions combines mental health education with opportunities to examine, question, and apply what we learn through interactive workshops centered on the experiences of Black individuals, families, and communities.
Workshop topics include communication, healthy boundaries, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, stress, grief, and how cultural expectations and social conditions influence mental health. Each workshop introduces foundational concepts and encourages participants to explore different perspectives and potential solutions that reflect their individual circumstances.
Depending on the subject, workshops may also incorporate creative activities and mindfulness practices that introduce different approaches to managing stress and processing emotions.
The ALLICE Sessions are educational workshops, not group therapy or clinical counseling services.
